✨ What is the Thank-you & Order Status Page Delivery Block?


This feature displays a confirmation of the selected delivery or pickup date (and optionally, time slot) directly on the Shopify Thank-you and Order Status pages.


  • Helps customers review their delivery details post-purchase.
  • Reduces support inquiries about delivery schedules.
  • Automatically appears once merchants add the extension via Theme Editor.



âś… Prerequisites


  • Make sure you’ve [installed our app] and are on any active plan.
  • Your theme must support App Blocks.
  • The customer must have selected a delivery or pickup option at checkout.



⚙️ Step-by-Step Setup


Option 1: Add via Shopify Theme Editor


  1. In your Shopify Admin, go to Online Store > Themes.
  2. Click Customize to open the Theme Editor.
  3. In the top dropdown, select:
  • Checkout > Thank you or
  • Checkout > Order status
  1. Scroll to App Blocks section.
  2. Click “Add block” > Choose delivery-date-checkout-ui.
  3. (Optional) Customize the display labels:
  • Heading: Default is Order Delivery Date
  • Date label: Default is Delivery Date
  • Day label: Default is Delivery Day
  1. Click Save to apply the changes.


Option 2: Launch via App Settings


  1. Open the Autoserve App.
  2. Go to Settings > Add Extension.
  3. Click “Thank-you & Order Status Page”.
  4. Click “Theme Editor” – this launches Shopify's Theme Editor at the right section.
  5. Follow Steps 3–7 above to complete setup.



đź§© Advanced Configuration (Optional)


  • You can localize the label texts to match your store's tone or language.
  • This block supports date formatting based on customer locale (if enabled).
  • Future updates may allow time slot and location info.



đź›  Troubleshooting & FAQs


Q: The delivery info isn’t showing on the Thank-you page.
A: Make sure the extension block is added in both Thank-you and Order Status sections in Theme Editor. Also confirm that the customer selected a delivery date during checkout.


Q: Can I change how the labels are displayed?
A: Yes! Use the settings on the left panel in Theme Editor to change the Heading, Date Label, and Day Label.


Q: Does it support Pickup orders too?
A: Yes. Any order with a selected delivery or pickup time will show here.
