✨ What is Dynamic Rules?
Dynamic Rules is an advanced condition engine that lets you customize how delivery or scheduling logic works in your store — based on specific products or collections.
Use cases include:
- Show/hide date pickers only for selected products
- Apply a special processing buffer for a certain product line
- Auto-apply custom time windows for a specific collection
- ....
- Please contact us if you need a specific use case which we currently don't have in the rule list.
The logic follows a simple structure:
IF (product or collection) THEN (apply predefined rule)
No coding required!
âś… Prerequisites
- Make sure you’ve installed our app.
- Available on all plans, but rule count varies:
- FREE: 1 rule
- PRO: 3 rules
- ELITE: 20 rules
⚙️ Step-by-Step Setup
- Go to your app dashboard → Settings → Dynamic Rules
- Click Add Rule to create a new condition
- Enter a Title and (optional) Description for this rule
- Under the IF condition:
- Select a Target:
- Specific Product or
- Specific Collection
- Under the THEN action:
- Choose from your pre-set rules:
- Window Span
- Smart Time Frame
- Processing Time Buffer
- And more...
- Click Review & Create to activate the rule
✅ That’s it — your rule is now live!
