Available for Pro users and above, this update connects date-based promotions directly to your customer’s checkout. It automates your offers—including shipping, orders, and products—to save you time and boost sales.

Promotions help you increase purchases and improve checkout conversion, especially during slower business days or lower-performing time periods.

Tailor demand to fit your shop’s capacity:

  • Shipping & Delivery: Offer incentives for mid-week deliveries to balance your schedule.
  • Order Flow: Encourage early bookings for busy seasons like Valentine's Day or the holidays.
  • Product Demand: Promote specific products based on the date selected.



Choose your discount type

Select your discount type:

  • Order discount
  • Product Discount

Select one or more order methods:

  • Delivery
  • Pickup

**Turn on product visibility: **Tick Show product extensions if you want the promotion to appear in supported product extension areas

Send customers to checkout faster: Tick redirect-to-checkout support for promotion claim buttons if you want customers to move directly toward checkout after claiming the offer.

  • Yes. Your customer will multiple choose Product discounts, Order discounts and Shipping discounts

How do I change the discount after the trigger is already running?

  • Go back to CX Elevate > Promotion, open the active promotion, update the discount settings, and save your changes. It is best to test the promotion again after editing it.
